Phonics & Spelling Rules

Phonics is a fun and child-centered approach to teaching literacy. With actions for each of the 42 letter sounds, the multi-sensory method is very motivating for children. The letter sounds are split into seven groups.phonics and their positive effects can be seen when children begin reading full sentences in English. By referring to phonics when teaching, children grasp the pronunciation of a new word far easier. Learning spelling rules will help children see connections between strange words, as well as words they know so it is important to master these introductory spelling rules. In these twenty days program, children will learn 42 – sounds, Blending and segmenting, Short and long vowel sounds, Diagraphs, Alternative sounds, Tricky words, Magic E, Soft and hard C, Soft and hard G.
